주 하나님 늘 믿는자 Who trusts in God, a strong abode
그 집이 든든하고In heaven and earth possesses;
주 예수를 의지하니 Who looks in love to Christ above,
천국이 내 것이라 No fear his heart oppresses.
늘 변찮는 진리이신 In Thee alone, dear Lord, we own
내 주만 의지하여 Sweet hope and consolation;
주 내 안에 늘 계시니 Our shield from foes, our balm for woes,
무엇이 두려우랴 Our great and sure salvation.

저 원수들 길 막아도 Though Satan’s wrath beset our path,
나 용기 보이리니 And worldly scorn assail us.
내 주 예수 권능으로 While Thou art near we will not fear,
원수를 물리치리 Thy strength shall never fail us.
큰 은사와 성령받아 Thy rod and staff shall keep us safe,
나 주만 늘 모시면 And guide our steps forever;
저 죽음과 지옥 권세 Nor shades of death, nor hell beneath,
상하지 못하리라 Our souls from Thee shall sever.

주 내 친구 참위로자 In all the strife of mortal life,
늘 나를 도우시니 Our feet shall stand securely:
이 비천한 내 삶에서 Temptation’s hour shall lose its power.
주 의지 하옵니다 For Thou shalt guard us surely.
내 마음을 밝히시사 O God, renew, with heavenly dew,
