(Is 17:1) THE WORD AGAINST DAMASCUS. Behold, Damascus shall be taken away from among cities, and shall become a ruin;
(사 17:1) 다마스커스에 대한 말씀이라. 보라, 다마스커스는 도시들 가운데서 없어지고 폐허가 되리니
(Is 17:2) abandoned for ever, to be a fold and resting-place for flocks, and there shall be none to go after them.
(사 17:2) 영원히 버려져 양 떼를 위한 울타리와 휴식지가 되고 아무도 그들 뒤를 잇는 자가 없으며
(Is 17:3) And she shall no longer be a strong place for Ephraim to flee to, and there shall no longer be a kingdom in Damascus, or a remnant of Syrians; for thou art no better than the children of Israel, even than their glory; thus saith the Lord of hosts.
(사 17:3) 더 이상 에브라임이 도망칠 요새가 되지 못하고 다마스커스는 더 이상 왕국이 되지 못하며 시리아의 남은 자들이 그치리니 너희가 이스라엘의 자녀들보다, 그들의 영화보다도 더 나을 것이 없음이로다. 만군의 주가 말하노라.
(Is 17:4) There shall be in that day a failure of the glory of Jacob, and the riches of his glory shall be shaken. And it shall be as if one should gather standing corn, and reap the grain of the ears;
(사 17:4) 그 날에 야곱의 영화가 쇠하고 그의 영화의 풍성함이 흔들리리니 마치 서있는 옥수숫대를 모아 옥수수 알갱이들을 거두는 것과 같고
(Is 17:5) and it shall be as if one should gather ears in a rich valley;
(사 17:5) 마치 한 풍성한 골짜기에서 옥수수를 모으는 것 같으며
(Is 17:6) and as if there should be left stubble therein, or as it were the berries of an olive tree, two or three on the topmost bough, or as if four or five should be left on their branches; thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel.
(사 17:6) 마치 그 안에 남겨진 그루터기가 있는 것처럼, 혹은 올리브 나무 주가지 꼭대기에 두세 개 달린 열매들처럼, 혹은 그 가지들 네다섯 개가 남은 것처럼 되리라. 주 이스라엘의 하나님이 말하노라.
(Is 17:7) In that day a man shall trust in him that made him, and his eyes shall have respect to the Holy One of Israel.
(사 17:7) 그 날에 사람이 자기를 만드신 이를 신뢰하며 그의 눈이 이스라엘의 거룩하신 이를 우러러보리라.
Him that made men, the Holy One of Israel:
자기를 만드신 이, 이스라엘의 거룩하신 이: 예수 그리스도
Israel: those who believe in and follow Jesus Christ
이스라엘: 예수 그리스도 믿고 따르는 자들
Those who speak of religious symbiosis under Judaism and oppose Jesus Christ, the one and only God, are the Antichrists, and the monotheistic god they speak of is Satan, not the God of the Bible.
유대교 아래 종교적 공생을 얘기하며 유일한 신성이신 예수 그리스도를 대적하는 자들은 적그리스도들이며, 그들이 얘기하는 유일신은 사탄이고 성경의 하나님이 아닙니다.
(1Jn 2:22) Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
(요일 2:22) 예수님께서 그리스도이심을 부인하는 자가 아니면 누가 거짓말하는 자냐? [아버지]와 [아들]을 부인하는 자는 적그리스도니라.
(1Jn 2:23) Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father： he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
(요일 2:23) 누구든지 [아들]을 부인하는 자에게는 곧 그에게는 [아버지]가 없되 [아들]을 인정하는 자에게는 [아버지]도 있느니라.
(1Jn 2:24) Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.
(요일 2:24) 그러므로 너희가 처음부터 들은 그것이 너희 안에 거하게 하라. 너희가 처음부터 들은 그것이 너희 안에 남아 있으면 너희도 [아들]과 [아버지] 안에 거하리라.
(1Jn 2:25) And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.
(요일 2:25) 그분께서 우리에게 약속하신 약속은 이것이니 곧 영원한 생명이라.
(1Jn 4:2) Hereby know ye the Spirit of God： Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God：
(요일 4:2) 이로써 너희가 [하나님]의 [영]을 알라. 곧 예수 그리스도께서 육체 안에 오신 것을 시인하는 영마다 [하나님]께 속하였으며
(1Jn 4:3) And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God： and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
(요일 4:3) 예수 그리스도께서 육체 안에 오신 것을 시인하지 아니하는 영마다 [하나님]께 속하지 아니하였나니 이것이 적그리스도의 그 영이니라. 그것에 관하여는 그것이 오리라는 말을 너희가 들었거니와 그것이 지금 이미 세상에 있느니라.
(1Jn 5:11) And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
(요일 5:11) 또 그 증언은 이것이니 곧 [하나님]께서 우리에게 영원한 생명을 주신 것과 이 생명이 그분의 [아들] 안에 있다는 것이니라.
(1Jn 5:12) He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
(요일 5:12) [아들]이 있는 자에게는 생명이 있고 [하나님]의 [아들]이 없는 자에게는 생명이 없느니라.
(Is 17:8) And they shall not at all trust in their altars, nor in the works of their hands, which their fingers made; and they shall not look to the trees, nor to their abominations.
(사 17:8) 또 그들이 자기들의 제단들을 의지하지 아니하며 자기 손가락으로 만든 작품들도 의지하지 아니하리니 그들이 나무들도 바라보지 아니하고 자기들의 가증한 것들도 바라보지 아니하리라.
(Is 17:9) In that day thy cities shall be deserted, as the Amorites and the Evæans deserted theirs, because of the children of Israel; and they shall be desolate.
(사 17:9) 그 날에 너희 도시들이 아모리인들과 에바이인들이 그들의 도시들을 버린 것같이 버려질 것은 이스라엘의 자녀들이 황폐해질 것이기 때문이라.
(Lk 21:20) And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
(눅 21:20) 너희가 예루살렘이 군대들에게 에워싸이는 것을 보거든 그것의 황폐함이 가까이 이른 줄 알라.
(Lk 21:21) Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.
(눅 21:21) 그때에 유대에 있는 자들은 산들로 도망하고 그것의 한가운데 있는 자들은 밖으로 떠나가며 시골에 있는 자들은 그리로 들어가지 말지어다.
(Lk 21:22) For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
(눅 21:22) 이 날들은 기록된 모든 것을 성취하기 위한 원수 갚는 날들이니라.
(Lk 21:23) But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.
(눅 21:23) 오직 그 날들에는 아이 밴 자들과 젖 먹이는 자들에게 화가 있으리로다! 그 땅에 큰 고난이 있고 이 백성에게 진노가 있으리라.
(Lk 21:24) And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations： and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
(눅 21:24) 또 그들이 칼날에 쓰러지고 모든 민족들에게 포로로 잡혀 가며 예루살렘은 이방인들의 때가 찰 때까지 이방인들에게 짓밟히리라.
They didn’t heed the warning of Jesus Christ then and God’s wrath was upon them in 70 AD, and they will have another God’s wrath in the near future because they still rebel against Him. Tragic history repeats when we do not repent and keep believing in false doctrine from Satan through religious leaders.
그들은 그때 예수 그리스도의 경고를 따르지 않았고, 서기 70년에 하나님의 진노가 그들에게 임했으며, 여전히 하나님께 반역하고 있기 때문에 가까운 미래에 또 다른 하나님의 진노를 맞게 될 것입니다. 우리가 회개하지 않고 종교 지도자들을 통해 사탄의 거짓 교리를 계속 믿을 때, 비극적인 역사가 반복됩니다.
(Is 17:10) Because thou hast forsaken God thy Saviour, and hast not been mindful of the Lord thy helper; therefore shalt thou plant a false plant, and a false seed.
(사 17:10) 이는 너희가 너희 구원의 하나님을 버리고 너희의 도움이신 주를 마음에 두지 아니하였기 때문이라. 그러므로 너희는 거짓 식물과 거짓 씨를 심으리라.
God thy Saviour, the Lord thy helper: Jesus Christ

(Is 17:11) In the day wherein thou shalt plant thou shalt be deceived; but if thou sow in the morning, the seed shall spring up for a crop in the day wherein thou shalt obtain an inheritance, and as a man’s father, thou shalt obtain an inheritance for thy sons.
(사 17:11) 너희가 심은 그 날에 너희는 속을 것이나 너희가 아침에 심은 씨는 유산을 얻게 될 날에 수확하도록 싹이 날 것이며 네 아들들이 상속할 유산을 얻으리라.
(Is 17:12) Woe to the multitude of many nations, as the swelling sea, so shall ye be confounded; and the force of many nations shall sound like water;
(사 17:12) 부풀어오르는 바다같은 많은 민족들에게 화가 있으며 너희도 좌절되고 많은 민족들의 힘이 물같은 소리를 내리라.
(Is 17:13) many nations like much water, as when much water rushes violently; and they shall drive him away, and pursue him afar, as the dust of chaff when men winnow before the wind, and as a storm whirling the dust of the wheel.
(사 17:13) 많은 민족들이 많은 물이 거칠게 몰아치듯 몰려와 그를 쫓아내고 멀리 쫓으리니 사람이 바람 앞에 키질하여 날리는 겨같고, 회오리바람 폭풍 먼지 같으리라.
(Is 17:14) Toward evening, and there shall be grief; before the morning and he shall not be. This is the portion of them that spoiled you, and the inheritance to them that robbed you of your inheritance.
(사 17:14) 저녁 무렵에 고난이 있으나 아침이 되기 전에 그가 있지 아니하니 이것이 너희를 노략한 자들의 몫이요 너희의 유산을 강탈한 자들의 몫이니라.
(Is 28:17) And I will cause judgment to be for hope, and my compassion shall be for just measures, and ye that trust vainly in falsehood shall fall: for the storm shall by no means pass by you,
(사 28:17) 내가 소망이 될 심판을 일으키고, 의로운 조치가 되도록 긍휼을 베풀리니, 거짓을 헛되이 의지하는 너희는 넘어지리라. 폭풍이 결코 너희 옆을 지나가지 않더라도
(Is 28:18) except it also take away your covenant of death, and your trust in Hades shall by no means stand: if the rushing storm should come upon you, ye shall be beaten down by it.
(사 28:18) 다만 그로 인해 또한 너희의 사망의 언약이 무효가 되고 너희의 지옥에 대한 신뢰가 결코 서지 못하리니 급속한 폭풍이 너희에게 닥치게 되면 너희를 후려치리라.
(Is 28:19) Whenever it shall pass by, it shall take you; morning by morning it shall pass by in the day, and in the night there shall be an evil hope. Learn to hear,
(사 28:19) 그것이 지나갈 때마다 너희를 사로잡으리니 매일 아침마다 그것이 지나가고 밤에는 악한 소망이 있으리라. 들을 줄을 알라.
